Bianca Barbera is a Rose' like no other.. Smells like fresh Watermelons. Let me tell how we made this incredible refreshing dry rose'.
Made from the Barbera variety. A red grape that we treated like a white. No skins, no seeds in the fermentation process.
We selectively chose 9 rows, pick it 3 weeks earlier than normal for our grapes used for our Red wine at around 21 brix level. We simply pressed it and removed the skins and seeds like we would a white.
The result were simply astonishing. It smelled like Watermelons. The color came out a beautiful amazingly Coral.
We found a different bottle to highlight the beautiful coral pink hue coloring. When our guest taste, they described it as tasting like "Summertime. Served on a hot summer afternoon in a chilled glass. Nothing better.
